Start with the right dates
Search for check-in on Wednesday 26 May and check-out on Sunday 30 May 2027: four nights. If your journey requires an earlier arrival or later departure, book that extra night explicitly.
Check what the group is actually booking
Confirm the number of real beds, shared rooms, bathrooms and any security deposit. Ask about late check-in, house rules and whether the quoted price is per person, per room or for the whole property. Keep the written confirmation.
Location before labels
Use your accommodation’s exact address to plan your journeys. The main festival nights are at Aquarius on Thursday and Saturday, and Papaya on Friday, with daytime events at Nomad. Local transport services and timetables will be announced separately; a room advertised in Novalja does not automatically include a festival shuttle.
Know your flexibility
Read cancellation and amendment conditions before paying. Check who your contract is with, which services are included and which charges are paid on arrival. An independently booked room is not automatically part of a festival package.
